Well done , obviously you know how to get the best from your camera , plus working on the Pilot boat is a great advantage to getting up close to the ships , excellent photography .

Perfect conditions, heavy sea and sun.

Still certain body parts twitched when we went over to 40 degrees while the pilots were boarding.

I think that shot shows pretty well how little looks even big ships in a rough water quite different than when we see same ships anchored or berthed wharf.
