On her way from the sea trials, passing between Geoje Grand Bridge and the entrance to Busan New Port.
She's not under her own power, though, but being towed by a tug, with additional 3 tugs standing by.
I'd say, some wee thing went wrong during sea trials...But, without proper info, I am not calling her a casualty.
