Description:
Former trawler BEN STROME (delivered in May 1962). In 1982 sold en converted into a standby-safety-vessel, renamed GRAMPIAN DAWN. Spotted together with GRAMPIAN PRINCESS at the River Orwell near Orwell Bridge (Ipswich), May 20th, 2011.(Towed to Ipswich location in 2002!)
Not a scrapyard location - ships were abandonded - moved to wrecks & relics
