Under detention at Las Palmas on 21/11/2009.
The Italian owned vessel was under detention for a total of 351 days with 38 Port State Control reasons for said detention, including various areas of structural corrosion to tanks, decks & hull, poor accommodation condition (infested with parasites), lack of provisions, lack of fire fighting equipment and so on.

Built in 1992 by Varna Shipyard, Varna, Bulgaria (273) 7,366 g.t. & 8,670 dwt., as:-
Launched without name, then
'Delmas Kourou' to 1994,
'Atlantic Crusader' to 2004,
'Santa Ines' to 2008,
'Paxi C' to 2011, &
‘Paquita’ until she arrived at Alang, India on 01/04/2012, and was beached for demolition on 12/04/2012.
