maintenance is kept there to a minimum, I saw today here at Cartagena the Maersk Bratan,, she looks terrible, years back one would say greek,,now unfortunately also big companies like Maersk seemingly gives a....... on maintenance and looks

...and sheer horror of the crew when the captain tells them "OK lads, let's do some maintenance work"... :)

I can't imagine the excitation and the maximum happiness of the captain (and crew) for the first time on Deck, moving this giant and saying: "let's go, beauty!!!" ...
