I just want to point out that the vessel data "sourced from Miramar and added by admin" refers to a previous vessel of the same name, i.e. the Rockville (2). Charlie's photo was taken in 1962 in which case this must be the ship that was built as Balsa for Jos. Fisher (IMO 5298274), renamed Rockville in '57 and BU @ Glasson Dock '63.
