taken February 1975, believed to be somewhere in Scotland. Anyone able to identify the port entrance ? Suggestions welcomed.

I sailed out of there for roughly a year on trawlers. This next link is shot at almost the same angle so it can be confirmed as MacDuff :

Allan, a nice photo - in Lloyd's Voyage Record GESA MEINKEN had called at the following UK ports early in 1975:
GUNNESS Feb 28/Mar 3 and BERWICK Mar 19/21
reporting is however not comprehensive
