Probably at Lisbon.
The tug is one of Lisbon Port Authority (AGPL)'s two-funnelled sisters CABO RASO or CABO SARDÃO (the slightly larger CABO ESPICHEL looked a little different)

Saturnia has that post (vertical black pipe) behind the funnel while Vulcania has not.

Hardly an unknown here as the canted funnel top denotes this as the Saturna of these two near sisters, mrdot.
