This should have been quite later than the 80ies,but rather in 1994 when Bolivia was laid idle and placed under arrest at Liverpool and later that year became Greek managed Aqua Sierra. The container seen aside of hatch 1 was for spares and still carried on at least 1st voyage under new ownership.
