A very old grainy shot that I submit due to the rarity of any pics of F69 HMS BACCHANTE,seen here at Vickers shipyard in Barrow in Furness in 1976.She was a Leander class frigate of 2,962t, completed at Barrow in 1969.Complement of 260 she was armed with 2x4.5" guns,2x20mm guns,1 Sea Cat Missile System,1 Mortar Mk 10 and a Wasp helicopter.
