Maratha Enterprise at Cochin. A standard 'Ocean' type she was completed in 1942 by the Todd-California shipyard at Richmond, California. In 1947 she went to Ropners as Ingleby and when she became Maratha Enterprise in 1960 I think she was the first ship owned by the Indian company Chowgule Steamships, although Maratha Enterprise was actually registered in the Bahamas. She became Welcome in 1966 and was broken up in Kaohsiung in 1969.
