Giacomo is the ex Volvo 70 yacht "Groupama 4" that has been sold to a NZ owner. Built in 2011 by Multiplast in Vannes,as Groupama 4 she won the last Volvo Ocean Race. Design by Juan Kouyoumdjian. 21.5m LoA. Photo was taken at the start of the Coastal Classic Yacht race from Auckland to the Bay of Islands - she was the 1st monohull to finish.
