She's either the HENRIETTA LATSI or MARIANNA LATSI, formerly STRATHMORE and STRATHEDEN, not necessarily in that order, as the Latsi's rther confusingly swapped names at one time. Both were scrapped at La Spezia in 1969.

It seems that our friend Mr.Martinelli has already started scrapping the ship by cutting off her bow.

Former Royal Canadian Navy tribal class destroyer. She was the second tribal class destroyer to bare this name. The firsth Athabaskan was sunk August 14, 1943 in the Bay of Biscay. Athabaskan served in the Korean war was sold for scrap in 1969.
