|THIS IS BULL,,if they would move earlier and in time as would be prudent nothing would have happened,,in other words,,the officers on the bridges slept and/or the capt,s did not give orders in time to prepare engines. 45 kn wind and 4 m waves do not really endanger ships,,unless crews "sleeping"|

|see Forum item 'Three aground in Ulsan', they were moving for safety reasons but got caught out by strong winds and high seas before reaching safety.|
