Extract from the Russian sea news it has translated quite well.

"On the night of 9 December 10 in the port of Okhotsk severed from the jetty and issued to the open sea marine tug " MB -379 " with oil barges " NNB 116-06 ." As reported SeaNews press service of Ministry of Transport with reference to the information GMSKTS , cause of the accident was caused by bad weather and the movements of the ice . Court stood in the cold winter laid up in the port of Okhotsk, at berth number 2 , without a crew on board , shore power is disconnected , the barge tipped from petroleum . In 4-30 December 10 tanker " Kropotkin " discovered tug with a barge 5 miles from the port of Okhotsk, took in tow " MB -379 " ( take the lift barge was not possible ) . Within 2 miles from the coast due to strong winds and waves lift broke , because of the night time drift " MB -379 " could not be found . Ship owner - the State Unitary Enterprise "Khabarovsk Airlines" - refuses to carry out rescue work."
