Many thanks for your remarks, and for checking the IMO number I provided for this vessel.
I appreciate you directing me for the checking method.
In any case, that IMO number I used was found in the available literature of interest, namely Transportes XXI, which is perhaps the most complete database available on Portuguese transport.

This IMO number is impossible or wrong - The last digit is named as check digit - here it must be a 3
The integrity of an IMO number can be verified using its check digit.
This is done by multiplying each of the first six digits by a factor of 2 to 7 corresponding to their position from right to left. The rightmost digit of this sum is the check digit. For example, for your IMO 2223555 : (2×7) + (2×6) + (2×5) + (3×4) + (5×3) + (5×2) = 73 (3 as check digit)
By the way this small tug is normaly without IMO number
