Always glad to find photos of elusive Libyan tugs. You have two very fine images of this one. But she is not IMO 9532941. That is AL IRADHA 7, a Damen StanTug 2608 of 2010 and an altogether bigger design.

The Arabic name appears in various western versions: EL IHRADAH, ERADA, IRADA, AL IRADHA, AL IHRADAH, ALERADA (as here) and maybe others too.

This is one of the two Damen StanTug 2207 built in 1997-8 from stock hulls fabricated in Poland and then sent to Libya for completion.

Damen Yd 6524 became EL IHRADA 2 and delivered 11/1998 (listed by LR as ERADA 2, IMO 8744200, delivered 1/1997)
Damen Yd 6530 became EL IHRADA 1 and delivered 12/1997 (listed by LR as IMO 9136357, and Libya flag, launched 20/6/1996, then "for sale" 7/1997 before completion, and apparently deleted from LR later in 1997).

I have seen a photo of "ALERADA 1" taken at Benghazi in 2007. I suppose that these more recent photos, with no number, are more likely to be ALERADA 1 IMO 9136357). Libyan Ports lists ERADA 1 as in service at Benghazi, ERADA 2 at Tripoli
