Can anyone give some data about the size of this ship?

Adding to Capt. Ted's comment: these 3 ships, with 44k+ TEU combined, would instantly crash the market in 1980, for instance... :)
Statistically, container shipping tonnage has constantly expanded at the double-digit yearly growth rate since 1980 (this is actually the most consistent and "stable" type of ships of world fleet, with other groups varying wildly) - so I guess there is a bunch of execs willing to bet (their employees') salaries that the trend will continue...

Evergreen had always this boxy accommodation
interesting the main page,,3 vessels,,all big boxer,,a tribute to the oversupply and still going !!!
Pure container companies without a own line must have sleepless nights,,

I agree. A very boxy superstructure.

Kind of weird that this ship doesn't seem to have bridge wings

Superb photo. Samsung look really busy building large box boats. Thanks again for you great photos

IMHO, they have some "retro" look, if compared to other vessels of the same size. Then, again, it makes them stand out from the crowd...
