After the Falklands War, why would you expect the British not to embargo any export of repair parts or military hardware to the Argentine Navy?

I do not think it was a case of not supplying spare parts. I doubt if they had any. Just been back to the scrapyard in Turkey to BUY back parts from scrapped Ark Royal to fit HMS Illustrious

Seems that the British government would not supply spare parts so she has been canabulised to fit out her near sister Hercules

Based on Royal Navy type 42 Destroyer. Out of service about 2004, sank at her berth 21 January 2013.
