It must be a very special operation to build three(?) more decks up on the superstructure. I also is worried of unstability after the rebuilding. But it seems to me that they on that occasion also did add some new floating/stabilizing structure on the ships side, "around" the water line. Some times I believe I have seen the same "thing" on other ferries, without having 3 more decks on the top.

That thing looks really unstable, I wouldn't like to be on board in a storm!
