Built by Scheepsw. Gebr. Pot in Bolnes for N. V. Koninklijke Nederlandsche Stoomb. Maatsschappij.
launched 26 January 1957, completed August 1957

1973 sold to Cuba and renamed XX Anniversario, then in 1989 renamed Ani for delivery to the breakers, International Steel Corp. at Alang where she arrived September 1990 (Miramar states 01:1990, but this is a default date as she left Piraeus 08:09:1990 and passed Suez on 16th September

for anyone interested, the tug is Husbands Shipyard's Assurance, ex TID 71 dating from March 1944

We sailed across the Atlantic in her when she was Oranje-Nassau. Left from Trinidad and arrived Southampton. Feb/March 1970. It was our (British parents) family leaving Trinidad for good
