I have anchored many times off Lynas waiting to go up the Manchester Ship Canal.

I will look into the Canon scanner for myself.

It was a 35mm slide scanned using Canon 9000F. In those days you could see a lot of ships off the Point waiting arrival of the pilot. Another advantage here is that you have the sun behind you for most of the day.

What scanner are you using Mike, I am guessing the original was a print or was it a negative or slide ?
