Ship was sold on 03-07-2014 to unknown owner for 39.3 MEUR from the Taiwanese owner Taiwan Maritime Transportation

One wonders, when a company is not reacting anymore or not existing anymore. Why a crew can not let arrest the ship and auction off the vessel and crew/port and whoever gets Paid.

I understand the company went bankrupt, the B Ladybug has been anchored off Malta for sometime now with the crew not being paid etc.

Cheers, Dan.
