|Interisland Ferries M/V Arahura rail/truck/car/passenger ferry and Strait Shipping's M/V Suilven, truck/car/passenger ferry berthed in Picton, New Zealand, Dec 2001
M/V Arahura: built for Interisland Ferries at the Aalborg Vaerft A/S shipyard, Denmark, 1982. LOA 148.30m
M/V Suilven: built as Basto VI by Moss Rosenberg Verft A/S of Moss, Norway, in 1974 for Rederi A/S Alpha but was sold during construction to Caledonian-MacBrayne and launched as M/V Suilven, named after a mountain near Ullapool. withdrawn from service in July 1995, she was sold to Strait Shipping of Wellington, New Zealand and served their until 2003, when she was sold again to a firm in Fiji who operates her currently, still under the name Suilven.
