An interesting point you raise Patrick.
Everything below the main deck is obviously enclosed space.
Her g.t. is confirmed by DNV , with whom she is classified, & in addition she has a huge ballast capacity of 223,770m3, which, I believe, explains the gross tonnage.
A surprising feature is that all four raised casings above the main deck (although not the accommodation block) are movable to suit cargo requirements.

As GRT is a measurement of enclosed space, I'm surprised she is 91,238GRT as there doesn't seem to be that much enclosed, say compared to a Capesize bulker.
