From the few I have heard about this ship, is that Piraeus Port authority cannot make sth official, as the vessel is stopped by the state...Did she have any incident in the past with any kind of contraband?

Hmmm,,shouldn't that be a daily task of port authorities to check what goes on in a port. A sudden thing ok,,but listing over long lay up,,is to be expected and most probably known to them,,, but honestly,,I would not call them for it
