Yes, it is the former tanker EIHO MARU, imo 5098571, converted to bulker in 1965, renamed EVER STATES in 1969, and in KENSEI MARU in 1970. In 1972 she dropped the MARU from her name and was broken up as KENSEI in Kaohsiung in May 1974.

Seems to be "Eiho Maru" built in 1951 by Higashi, Yokohama, as motor tankship for Iino, later lengthened and rebuilt to bulk carrier, sold before 1970
