Tug SEA EAGLE II is shown pushing barge ST. MARY'S CEMENT II upbound below Lock 3 of the Welland Canal, 1044 hours 21 March 2006. In about 15 minutes she will be secured in Lock 3 and the tug's Captain will receive the traditional Top Hat awarded to the first upbound vessel to transit the Canal each spring.
