Tug SEA EAGLE II is shown pushing barge ST. MARY'S CEMENT II past Upper Lakes Shipping's CANADIAN TRANSPORT toward Lock 2 of the Welland Canal, 0941 hours 21 March 2006. In about one hour she will be in Lock 3 and the tug's Captain will receive the traditional Top Hat awarded to the first upbound vessel to transit the Canal each spring.
