Ships trimmed by the bow like this is usually because they have to change the Stern tube seal. The seal around the shaft to prevent lubricating oil to leak into the sea, and to prevent the sea to leak into the shaft bearing. it's an operation that takes about 48 hours to complete. So usually nothing dramatic.
