Because that's the way the world is at the moment. It's cheaper to rebuild than maintain. Calm down.It's always been that way in some way or another. Think about the problem: We must take care with a plastic supermarket bag.....but a ship we can toss aside...just like a plastic bag. It's the world gone mad.
