Interesting name - Muscatelli - that i hadn't come across before. Thanks.

Further to previous comments I found this obituary to Captain Ambrogio Muscatelli which links up the two Anglo Nordic companies. Captain Ambrogio Muscatelli was vice president of the original Anglo Nordic Shipping Ltd. He went on to lead a buyout of Anglo Nordic with Thoralf M Karlsen which led to the formation of Norbulk Shipping. Today Norbulk manages the vessels of Ellingsen's Anglo Nordic Shipping Co Ltd. The Karlsen family have interests in both Norbulk and the current Anglo Nordic.

Thanks davidships, that certainly fills a lot of the gaps.

1962 Anglo-Norness created by merger of two companies controlled by Erling Naess: Anglo-American Shipping and Norness Shipping,
1973 Naess sold the company and it's ships to P&O and Reksten - renamed Anglo-Nordic. Within P&O, Anglo-Nordic seems to have sat unsung behind P&O Bulk and their ABC joint venture [but I am a bit uncertain about this].
2004 company wound up
2005 new UK company Anglo Nordic Shipping Co Ltd formed in UK by the Swedish Ellingsen Group.

The registered owner of ANUKET RUBY is Combe III Shipping Ltd, itself a subsidiary of Anglo-Nordic(80%) and Perseverance Marine (20%)

I believe this to be Anglo Nordic Shipping Co Ltd of London, UK. There is no company website available but mention is made of their vessels on the following website (see bottom right):

http://www.perseverancemarine.com/current-projects/

According to the next link the company was founded in 2005.

http://www.privco.com/private-company/anglo-nordic-shipping-co-ltd

Not knowing the full background to this company it does appear to be linked to the Anglo-Norness Shipping Company Ltd which operated in the 1960's/70's. The image in the link below shows the Nordic Clansman in 1970's which carries the same logo as shown on the Anuket Ruby.

Maybe other contributors can add some detail to fill in the gaps.
