Another of the old troopships the "Willochra"

She came to grief off the Sandy Hook Light at the entrance to the Hudson River New York way back in 1929. I didnt know that till today but, I have had the good privilege to stand at the foot of the afore mentioned light and to look out across the bay where it happened. Adding more to that also, I have had a wonderful little tour of the local fort which was close by to the light...it was constructed to be ready for a so called Russian invasion that never came to eventuate back in the latter 1800's
