Preserved at Chatham naval dockyard where she was built in 1964,is S17 HMS OCELOT.An Oberon Class submarine she grossed 2,401t(submerged)had a compliment of 70 and a top speed of 17knots submerged,12knots surfaced.She was armed with 8 torpedo tubes.All the Oberon class are now withdrawn and another example HMS ONYX is preserved at Birkenhead.This view July 2001.
