Reported to have been sold for scrap at yard "tba" in May 2016. So far in 2016(3rd of May today) 69 162 CEU's have been sold for demolishing :-) Marketwise that is positive, considering the full orderbooks and number of idle vessels awaiting work / cargo...

:-) There is a close relationsship between Wallenius and Wilhelmsen, not just comercially but also technically. BTW, it's not scaffolding erected in front, it's the regular ladders and platforms leading down to forward mooring station.

Ooops
... and it doesn't reflect well on me to type the wrong W after reading the right one. Apologies to Wallenius.

She's listed with Wilhelmsen Ship Management(Malaysia) at time of detention and ABS as Class. This is also listed in Equasis. Flag state Panama is also not so excited of all this unwanted attention...

She's well past her sell-by date, small by more modern standards and I would think she'll soon be meeting the breakers torch

... and that was her second detention this year.
Doesn't reflect well on NYK or Wallenius Ship Management.
Presumably that is why the scaffolding was up.

She was detained in Bremerhaven on 28/8-2014, due to multiple detainable deficiencies. Totally 8 days to rectify...
