Nice shot Brian, I havent seen a Penn Maritime tug around here for a few months now.

Yeah I was on a college visit actually and was just coming out of the building and happened to see it coming by, unfortunately it was too late to snap a shot of the barge also. It had come from the power plant on the other end of the canal.
