Yes,, the weather was indeed grey, cloudy, misty & damp bad weather ..... however, the motion of the tugs provides additional dynamic to the scene and the huge white buoy makes this photo even more interesting.

Great shot, did they move that white buoy? on your previous photo it seems like buoy is much more closer to the quay.

Seems that I can not protest for the view I have even if I wanted; somebody would say LUCKY ME ... FOR THAT ONE THING ! :-)
