We cannot do anything about it Tonker, so let us bear it and wait for the new scheme. As time goes by we shall get used to it, but it is a shame that P&O has had to follow the herd and resort to these new hull colours.

Too true, rd77, I was thinking the same when I saw this pic, also what a shame it is the Britannia wont have the original colours.

John ,the photo was taken from the foreshore below the road encircling Senglea Point.She is a very photogenic vessel ,I think she photographs well from any angle.She is like a beautiful girl who looks simply great in any dress even if she wore a sack. One of my favoutite cruise liners. Regards.

Really nice photo Emmanuel. Like the angle very much. Shows off her true lines. Thanks for sharing. John

Wow Matty,that was quite an experience ,a force 12 sea and on the beam,there must have been a lot of green faces.

I was onboard her 4 weeks ago coming across the Atlantic from Sydney(Cape Breton) - a very hairy experience, Tropical Storm Fay (Force 12, beam sea) but she rode the swells & troughs very well. Lost a few light fittings off the stern & a fair few deck-chairs too.

Hi Jadran, the greyish sky was the result of a coming storm,which though not that violent, yet it drenched the area.
As to the colour composition, let us see the new colour scheme which she will be painted in in the near future,regards my friend.

I'm enchanted how wonderfully 'colour-composed' is this image !!!
Beige-white-grey-yellow-red are more than an excellent match together; A1

Bookmarked already;

Very nice! Soon she will have to carry the ugly new P&O livery unfortunately.
