Holedriller: special arrangements with pumps take care of any seawater ingress. The open top configuration is particular useful with cargo like windmill sections. These vessels are built with at least part time employment in the offshore (wind) market in mind.

Adrian: ever heard of charters? Happens all the time with containerships for example.
She was ordered as SYMPHONY SKY but has already been chartered out to Nordana prior launching. I believe most of her five upcoming sisters have also already been chartered to Nordana.
