Thanks for your comments Christian, Andre and Kye. Although I fear SOLAS rules will eventually catch up with her. Although the coal powered ferry Badger is still operating on the Great Lakes. So I guess there is hope for the Coho. I was prefered rding Queens of Sidney and Tsawwssen as opposed to the Queen of Vancouver class. I liked the larger fore deck on them.

A key part of her long lifespan is that she is drydocked every year for a scheduled refit. In fact, when I was at Anacortes, Washington last week she was out of the water at Dakota Creek shipyard.
Kind Regards, Kyle

Made numerous crossings on COHO early 2000's. She is doing well to be still afloat after all these years. A real workhorse. In regards to Mr. Dot's Dec 30th comment, attached photo of her so called "near sister" (Queen of Sidney).

WOW, the COHO...
In 1977, at sea, in FOG, on board the 75 foot YAG 317, the COHO suddenly appeared out from no where. Believe me, It was quite an experience.

Thanks for posting Dennis.
