If the location is La Spezia, Italy, I am quite confident this is the Royalton (C151108) steel bulk carrier, built 1924, Collingwood SB Co., Collingwood, ON Hull 73 - 550 feet long by 58'3" 7146 GT / 5194 NT - 2800 hp triple expansion engine & 3 scotch boilers. Built for Mathews SS Co., joined Colonial SS Co. of Capt. R. Scott Misener after Mathews in receivership, restyled as Scott Misener SS Co. in 1959 - laid up at Hamilton, ON Sept. 11, 1979, sold scrap 1980, towed from Great Lakes down Seaway May 20, 1980, arrived La Spezia, Italy June 25, 1980, and gradually broken up.

Looks like Royalton of the Misener fleet which arrived at LaSpezia, Italy for scrapping in 1980 but I understand work was slow getting underway. This ship was built at Collingwood, ON in 1924 and last sailed in the Misener fleet.
