Marcel: "The blue machine" as you call it, is discharging pipes that will be connected to the ships manifold(placed ca midship on the tanker on each side), which thru the liquid gas will be pumped with ships pumps. The same system you will see on many other oil/tanker terminals for loading/discharging liquid...
