Prior her arrival to port of Rijeka,, Maersk Alfirk attended also ports Koper and Trieste on the North Adriatic.
At the Rijeka container terminal,, she only worked with the containers' handling on her forward container bays ... her aft container bays were completely spared of any container handling operations.

Not a full cargo at this early stage of the new weekly container service

Containership MAERSK ALFIRK belongs to the newly established Allianz "2M" ( Maersk and MSC ) that provides the regular weekly container service Far East – North Adriatic – Far East ( a round trip is in duration of 70 days).
