Unrelated to shipping, Ocean Falls was once a rather prosperous pulp and paper town during early part of the 20th century. My grandfather worked in the mill during the 1920's. Sadly the town now pretty much deserted.

This one time coastal liner was built locally and had a interesting post war career on our west coast! mrdot.
