Judging by her condition, it's more likely a lack of paint rather than scaffolding. It looks like the stuff's been pretty scarce on board recently, so there probably wasn't enough to make the letters larger.

Good old traditional confusion. Let's blame it on a lack of scaffolding on board...I like the class society too. Sounds very trustworthy.

Yes, it is a little mess, because vessel has Ivrinda name on the bridge but on the bow it's still Aegean X. The vessel is still laying close to me, on AIS they have Ivrinda - changed. Thanks for notice.

If this shot was taken on March the 7th 2015, why does Gross Tonnage then reports her as the IVRINDA, since 2014?
