Another possibility is a reduced crew and a continuos transshipment operation. Seafarers know that on board ships engaged in that kind of traffic, there is not enough time for maintenance since every minute of the day is devoted to operations.

It's camouflage gentlemen
It's stops the ship being raided by pirates !
Or it could be that the crew are bone idle
I will let you make your mind up on that
Bring back british crews who take pride in their ships

Could have been just windy days during loading cement via those 2 bunkers.

Quite possibly she has suffered a blockage in her vent lines during loading and had a 'blow out' of cement, the paint work around the windows does not show any rust at all so she could have been well maintained before a possible incident during loading / discharging ?

Cheers, Dan.

Absolutely shocking. After transformation in South Africa I was on one of the tug boats in the harbour. The bell had not been polished for over 10 years and there was a broken egg lifter on the foredeck. What a disgrace.

So the only part of this ship that obviously is regularly cleaned are the bridge windows !!

Good photograph and yet another new ship to the website.

Cheers, Dan.
