Emerging traction power (291 tons) brought in a Guinness Book of Records as the largest and most powerful tugboat in the world. Capable of transporting vessels of up to 250 thousand tons, with 8-point rough sea at a speed of 4 knots, allowing it to handle ships of all types in a wide range of NOAA weather.
