This is reported as Egyptian fishing vessel BARAKAT AL FOURKAN

Towed to Eleusis 5/2016 by tug ACHILLEAS (IMO 7210733) after sale to Tag Mer Ltd

The ship carrying cigarettes was the ZAHRA (photo here : http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=2252996 )
This was actually converted to a tanker and bunkered ships with illegal Libyan Oil (see the hose at the goalpost mast at the stern)

Hi, my info from Agia Galini locals is that this was a smugglers ship carrying cigars and controlled by Greek Marine near the Bay of Agia Galini in spring last year.
Actually there is another vessel in the same port (same size and very rotten) from Sao Tome which carried Refugees. Try to find the photo later
