But there's still a lot of work to do on this 1943 fregat. The engineroom is filled with water, even the logbooks from the last voyages are still on the bridge, inside it looks like an abandoned ship, there is no admittance fee, so everyone can go onboard.The doors for the underdeck parts are closed, but I found one left open , so I started to explore the inside in the complete dark :-)

Nice to see this classic frigate preserved. While the US didn't set aside any of the Tacoma-class for the future, I'm glad that the Thai Navy has preserved the pair they acquired. Thanks for the photos.
