Does anyone know where this is (presumably at or near Rotterdam)?

Update/correction At some point,TIDSPUR DID have her funnel repainted in UTC colours.

UT did alter the three TID tugs they obtained in the early 1950s. They also had at least one more TID tug, TIDSPUR (TID23), but this was obtained much later and was never renamed to the traditional XXXMAN nor altered (and possibly not even repainted into UT funnel colours). It did, however go to Holland for scrap at the same time as the others. Hendrik Ido Ambacht, 28/04/1963

Yes Craig, UT altered FENMAN in 1953, including sharper bow, round stern and new funnel. I suppose YEOMAN (and BOWMAN) had same treatment at that time.

Are these ex TID tugs, they look like it to me but the round sterns are different to other Tid's I have seen in photographs which have flat panel sterns. Did united towing alter their TID's after purchasing them?

Indeed they lingered if 1973 is correct!
25/4/1963 FENMAN arrived in tow (of ??) on the Nieuwe Waterweg enroute to Hendrik-ido-Ambacht, for demolition by Arie Rijsdijk-Bos & Zonen.
